This feels like The Hangover -movie

Hi'yall!

Now I'm back home in Turku safe and sound. I'm in desperate need of sleep, but I can't go to sleep yet or my sleeping habits will be messed up again. Since a new period of school is starting tomorrow I don't even have any school stuff to do, so found time to blog!

Zhi Zhi has already blogged most of the stuff, but I thought I'd share the fun too.

On Friday the weather was reaaally cold and gloomy, I just didn't feel like going out and was actually about to stand Zhi Zhi up, but my bf reminded me how much I myself hated people standing up on me XD Anyways, I thought to myself I'll just go and spend a few ours with the girls, but ended up going clubbing and oh god...

The night ended well and everything went better than expected, but I still left home a bit too early for... various reasons :-D Rest of the girls headed out to another place after I left.

On Sunday we went food shopping with my bf in Hakaniemi.

It was a comfy day for me! Uggs and a warm sweater!

Everyone has been hyping about Christmas and I can't even believe how many Christmas commercials are up already, and all the decorations in the shop! Woah, calm the fudge down.

But here's my share :-D A Christmas tree at Hakaniemi! It's not the nicest one I've seen though.

When we got home my bf started cooking for us. First I thought this was going to be a disaster, but it actually tasted reaaally good and if there were any left I would've had more :-D

This is what he made! Super yummy Japanese dish called Gyudon 牛丼!

It looks really simple, but it tasted so good! I'm proud of him!

Q&A! *long post*

Apologies, this post turned out to be longer than expected, because I wanted to answer the questions with more than just a few words.

1. What is your best childhood memory?

- I can't actually remember the highlights of my childhood very well and certainly not the best since many good things has happened to me in the past. But I remember it very well when I rode my bicycle for the first time going really fast downhill and then I fell down really badly my knees were all bruised and bleeding and my hands too. I was then cycling with my best friend Anton he ran to me and asked if I was okay and then CARRIED me to the nearest first aid point which was 2km away. It was sooo sweet I've always remember this from my childhood, my prince in rescue! :-D

2. How do you do your hair in the morning, and what do you use for it?

- I'm not much of a morning person so I try to use as little time getting myself ready and sleep as long as possible. So usually I just straighten my hair or tie it up on a ponytail, just make it look as neat as possible. Sometimes if I'm feeling energetic enough I'll do some braids or a ribbon.

3. What do you think of anons commenting on your blog commenting negative stuff or just bash you?

- Well, there will always be haters, no matter how nice you try to be, they will just try to dig stuff about you/your blog/your life/whatsoever to bash you about. This is certainly something I've learned from the internet. There just are people who like to hate on others for no reason. Even you had a reason I still don't know why someone wants to use their time and energy on someone they hate so much.

4. Do you have an iPad or who's iPad has been showing up in the pics?

- It's my boyfriend's.

5. What is your grade point average and your favourite subject in school?

- At the current moment it's about 8,6. My maths courses have dropped it so much... I don't have a certain favourite subject in school but I like geography, religion, English and psychology.

6. Your worst wears? Or do you have any phobias?

- Well, I'm afraid of the "usual" stuff. I'm afraid of the dark, but only when I'm alone. I'm also terrified of bugs, especially spiders! Their small creeping  and flying bodies freak me out! I also used to have a really bad germ phobia, I couldn't use public bathrooms, walk pass old people without holding my breath, open public doors or touch elevator buttons with my bare hands. Now it's not that bad anymore, I can do all that stuff but I still prefer not to open doors if someone else can open it or I open it with my sleeve :-D

7. What do you think about people saying that you've gained your blog popularity because of Zhi Zhi?

- Well, if my favourite blogger also had a friendship like me and Zhi Zhi I'd follow the other one too, but no one is forcing anyone to read my blog, so it's up to that person to follow or not, so this is kinda a paradox.

8. How do you know how to photoshop? Please make a tutorial.

- Actually my boyfriend first introduced me to PS. And I had to learn it the hard way. My photoshopping was really awkward and noticeable in the beginning, but now I've realized too much editing only makes pictures worse, although I still have the problem of over editing my pictures with the lighting, contrast, color and all. I do still use PS, but only for editing the basic stuff and occasionally liquify or Topaz Labs. There are a lot of PS tutorials on YouTube, and even Xiaxue has made her own, so please browse!

9. Are you a model or who is taking those studio pics?

- No, I'm not a model. It's occasionally nice to pose infront of the camera and do some amateur modeling. My boyfriend has studied/is studying photographing so I'm his guinea pig for all sorts of photographing experiments. Miki has also photographed me and Zhi Zhi, whom we got to know at the first gal studio meetup, and she has occasionally asked us to do some photoshooting.

10. How long have you been with your boyfriend?

- Happily taken for 1 year, 8 months and 3 days :-)

11. How does your skin stay in such good condition even you put on a lot of makeup?

- It's only the eye area which I focus the most. But otherwise I only use a little BB cream and mineral powder on my skin and some blush. Cleansing is the key!

12. Have you ever had acne, and how do you get rid of your worst spots?

- I've never had acne and only get pimples when I neglect cleansing my skin or eat greasy food. I get rid of my spots by peeling my skin or face sauna and just hope for the best.

13. What is your worst habit?

- Biting my nails. I had already gotten rid of it at some point, but started it again...

14. Do you go to the hairdresser or who cuts and colours your hair?

- I haven't been to the hairdresser for 3-4 years because I absolutely do not trust any hairdresser. My boyfriend does my hair.

15. What is your grade in English?

- At the moment 9, hoping my latest test will increase it to 10.

16. Do you work while studying?

- No, I would want to, but I don't have the time and energy. But maybe it's best for me to just focus on studying right now anyways.

17. Do you live in your own apartment?

- Nope, still living at home!

18. Where did you meet your boyfriend?

- He is the official photographer for Annyeong!Party, when sending the pics to me of our dancing crew and the show we got talking and so on... :-)

19. How do I get a body like yours?

- Eat a lot of junk food and just occasionally work out. Seriously. Even though I've always been into sports I am really lazy when it comes to working out. I eat a lot of junk food and it's only sometimes when I get the spirit to work out. But since we recently got an exercise bike it's been a lot easier to work out since I don't have to leave the house, especially now when the weather is cold. But it's probably mostly because of my genes, no one in our family is really overweight, and I myself also wonder sometimes how is it possible for me not to be overweight with the amount of junk I eat :-D

20. What is your shoe size?

- 35-36.

21. Do you have any idols?

-Meaning in what category? But few of my beauty idols are Angelababy, Hiromi Hosoi, Song Ah Ri and Jung Roo.

22. Where are you from and what are you doing in Finland?

- I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. I'm in Finland because my mom wanted me to study here, the education system in Malaysia is really poor compared to Finland. 

23. How did you and Zhi Zhi meet?

- I think I first saw her at the first gal meetup even though I didn't talk to her there. She actually complimented me or said something but I didn't hear her, so I think she thought I didn't like her :-D After about 6 months after we had saw each other we hanged out together for the first time and that's how our friendship started.

24. Mention one person who you can trust and who you can't.

- Well, simple. I only trust my family, my boyfriend and my best friend Zhi Zhi. Once you lose your trust with me, it'll take some time to gain it back, or if possible at all. I don't trust just anyone, even if you are my close friend I won't tell everything, because I've been two-faced too many times, it's just easier to trust no one.

25. Do you have any pets?

- Yes I do! A chubby cat of gray and white, Mr. Fluffy!

26. How have you learned to walk with heels?

- I first started of with kitten heels, about 3cm or so. My next pair of heels were 8cm. I probably walked like a maniac with the 8cm heels, but that's the only way to learn, practice makes perfect! Also heels with straps around the ankle and heels that support the ankle makes walking so much easier!

27. What are you going to study in University?

- I want to study Asian and African culture and languages in the University of Helsinki, if I can't get in as languages as my major, I will try to apply for the religion as my major and languages as my minor.

28. What's a nickname only your family calls you?

- This is so embarrassing, but even up to this day my family calls me "Bee". I'm not sure where the name has come from, I think it's because my real name starts with a B and it's short name which sounds really annoying when shouting. I have no idea why especially older Asian people always scream and talk so loudly even the person is right next to them. I've also been called "pipoh chai", I'm not sure how to write it, but that's how you pronounce it. This is what my babysitter and my closest relatives used to call me. In Chinese it means little person.

29. What's a weird habit of yours?

- I never close my eyes in the shower because I'm afraid someone will murder me in the meanwhile :-D

30. What's a song you secretly love to blast and belt out when you're alone?

- Hmmm, I don't think I have any secret songs that I like that I couldn't tell anyone.

31. What's one of your biggest pet peeves?

- I could list a thousand, but people who blame anything but themselves for THEIR failure is the worst and parents who don't know how to control and keep their children quiet in public transports.

32. What's one of your nervous habits?

- Running to bed after turning the lights off.

33. What side of the bed do you sleep on?

- It depends. I usually want to sleep on the side which is the furthest to the door. Or alternatively have my face facing towards the door. But during the summer I just sleep on the side which is cooler than the other, which means a lot of twirling in the bed before actually falling into sleep.

34. What was your first stuffed animal and its name?

- I can't remember the first, but the earliest memory of stuffed animals was a giant 1,5m Snoopy which I called Snoopy of course.

35. What's the drink you always order at Starbucks?

- We don't have Starbucks in Finland.

36. What's the beauty rule you preach... but never ACTUALLY practice?

- Covering up spots, I'm just too lazy and I'll just think "No one will look at them".

37. Which way to you face in the shower?

- Uhhh, both ways? Haha, I don't get this.

38. Do you have any "weird" body skills?

- I don't know what is considered weird, since I've done gymnastics nothing is weird for me :-D

39. What's your favorite "comfort food"/food that's "bad" but you love to eat it anyways?

- French fries and garlic mayonnaise :-D

40. What's a phrase or exclamation you always say?

- Omg and wtf. I reeeally need to get rid of these two.

41. Time to sleep - what are you ACTUALLY wearing?

- Uhhh, haha I don't know is it just me but this sounded weird, but I use nightwear.

42. Where do you get your money from?

- My mom, my uncle and aunt, and occasionally from grandparents.

- Yes, I live right in the centre, about 500m from the market.

43.Where does your boyfriend live?

- In Helsinki.

44. Your dream career?

- I'm not really sure yet, but I've always loved designing, so maybe something to do with architecture. I also would love to start my own business.

45. How much do you weigh and how tall are you?

- At the current moment I weigh about 43kg and my height is 158cm.

46. Are both of your parents Malaysian?

- Yes they are.

47. When did you come to Finland or were you born here?

- I came to Finland when I was around 5-6 y.o.

48. What do you use to edit your pictures?

- Photoshop Elements 9.

49. Could you make a tour of your room?

- I've been thinking about it, but I'm currently saving up to do some upgrades on my room, so maybe when I'm finished with my room! :-)

50. Three food you don't like?

- I don't dislike any certain food, but ingredients I don't like are olives, peas and celery.

51. Three things you hate about people?

- Not trustable, late for appointments/standing up and arrogant people who think they're sooo much better than you.

52. Three things you like about people?

- Open-minded people, people who also take part of the conversation and not only you handling the talking, and initiative people.

53. What is your native language? Which one can you speak better, Finnish or English? And what language do you use at home?

- I'm bilingual, so Finnish and English are both my native languages. But I do think I speak better Finnish. I speak both Finnish and English at home.

54. Favourite YouTubers?

- Jenna Marbles, Michelle & Promise Phan, nigahiga, Ray William Johnson and mychonny.

55. Where do you usually buy your clothes from?

- Both shops and online. Online shops like YesStyle and Taobao. I don't have any certain shops where I get all my clothes from, I usually browse them all and if I see something I like, I'll buy it.

56. Why are you so beautiful?

- I'll first take this as a compliment, and thank you. We all have our beauty views, so I think it's mostly in the viewers eyes to think if someone's pretty or not.

Tittidii, kirjottelenpa nyt vaihteeksi suomeksi!

Tosi moni on valitellu et pitäs alkaa taas kirjotella suomeksi ja sähköpostiinki tullu muutama ihan henkilökohtanen pyyntö :-D Eipä tässä oikeen mitään kunnon päivittelyä kuvien kera, vaan ihan tällanen "lyhyehkö" postaus tähän väliin kuulumisista ja muista.

Ootte varmaan huomannu, mutta mun postausinto on tippunu aika reippaasti ku on tullu tämmönen masentava syksyinen, ja pian jo talvinen sää. Päivät tuntuu loppuvan aina ihan liian nopeesti, ja ulkona hämärtää vaikka kello näyttää vasta kolmea. Ihan suoraan voin sanoa että oon aika kyllästyny tällä hetkellä mun elämään, tuntuu aina että käy vaa sen saman rutiinin päivästä toiseen: herätys, kouluun, läksyt, hieman vapaa-aikaa koneella, nukkumaan, ja sitten sama toistetaan seuraavat neljä päivää. Sitten koittaa vihdoinki parin päivän vapaus joka tuntuu aivan liian lyhyeltä! En malta odottaa kesää!!!

Tosi monet on kans valitellu siitä että postataan Siljan kanssa niin paljon yhteiskuvia ja eikö me ikinä tehä ikinä mitään muuta ku hengataan toistemme kanssa. Jos jotkut ei siis vielä tiedä, niin asun Turussa ja Silja Helsingissä, eli periaatteessa vaan viikonloput on ainoo aika jolloin voidaan nähdä. Jos teiän paras kaveri/hyvä kaveri asuu kauempana niin tiiätte varmaan mistä puhun. Ja tottakai aina ku on vaa tilaisuus, nii miksei viettäis aikaa oman ystävänsä kanssa?

Masentaa kans tää blogi ku musta vaa tuntuu et puserran väkisin kaikkee ihan tyhmää tänne, ku tulee jotenki semmonen tunne, että ois "pakko" postaa tänne. Mut toisaalta mä pidän tätä blogia ihan vaa itteni takia, vois kutsuu tätä julkiseks päiväkirjaks jos joksikin. Kyllä mä tietty tykkään kertoo mun kuulumisia mun blogin lukijoille, mut mun ei oo tarkotus miellyttää mun postauksilla ketään. Tää on kans yks syy siihen miks perustin toisen blogin, musta tuntuu et tää on menny aivan liian pitkälle. Eli tämän postauksen myötä ei kannata olettaa että mun postaustahti mitenkään tästä nousisi, koska alan varmaan tästä pikkuhiljaa siirtymään siihen toiseen blogiin. Ja jotkut tätä on kysellykin, ei, en ole vielä julkassu missään toisen blogin linkkiä tai mitään siihen viittaavaa. Kyllä mä sen ehkä tässä jossai vaiheessa ajattelin paljastaa, mutta vielä hetken pidän sen omanani :-)

Mut tän postauksen ei oo tarkotus olla mitenkää negatiivinen eikä muutenkaa tarkotus tulla tänne valittamaan, mutta valaisenpa nyt muutamia yksityiskohtia mun elämästä joita jotkut ei vaan tajua. Toivottavasti teihin ei oo vielä tää syys/talvimasennus iskenyt, mutta jos on niin tsemppiä kaikille ja kyllä se kesä tulee sieltä pian! Tai ainakin joululoma.

Huomenna viimeinen koe mulla koska "ahkerana" opiskelijana halusin kaiken vaa alta pois nopeesti, tein jopa yhen kokeen etukäteen mistä oon aika ylpeä :---D Eikä itseasiassa kokeet menny mitenkään pahemmin, taitaa tää mun opiskelu johtaa johonkin! Huomenna lähdenkin taas Helsinkiin, ja viivyn siellä keskiviikkoon asti, koska muillahan tämä koeviikko vielä jatkuu, mutta yritän ainakin ottaa näistä seuraavista vapaa päivistä mahdollisimman paljon irti ja ottaa vaan rennosti :-)

Veckoslut

On Friday I once again arrived in Helsinki. Immediately met up with Zhi Zhi and my boyfriend. It was already evening when I arrived so we only had time to get something to eat and drink at a café.

Davy also arrived in Finland on Friday, so on Saturday we all went out to have a dinner together. Sini and Niklas joined us too! We were first supposed to go and eat at Vapiano, but it was so full we decided to go to another place. We rambled around for maybe an hour before we finally found a place. Ended up eating Chinese food.

My look for that day. Curls done with Zhi Zhi's curler. I'm so in love with it, definitely going to get it on Christmas!

Finally managed to get a pic together with him! ♥

You can't see this jewelry in the pictures, so decided to take a separate picture of it. Ear cuff bought from Glitter! It doesn't stay on too well on your ear, and if you put it too tight it will start to hurt at some point.

Finally had my new extensions cut. This time we had two packages of hair put on, because my own hair is so thick, I hate it. The other package of hair are dyed from the previous one, so you can see there are some shiny parts of my hair that didn't get enough hair dye to cover the previous lighter colour.

Food!

This is what I had. Udon noodles with crustaceans. It was super good! The dish had octopus, shrimps, surimi and vegetables.

We also ordered some Shiu Mai with Zhi Zhi to share.

I think the people in the restaurant thought we were a bunch of crazy people. Everyone took out their cameras and started to take pictures of everything brought to the table. Me and Zhi Zhi went crazy with the iPad taking pictures with the Photo Booth -app.

After dinner we went to take some pictures together, since we didn't have time the day before.

I look so short not wearing heels (￣▽￣)

Exam week is starting next week for me, so won't have too much time to concentrate on my new blog. People were so annoyed and mean about the previous post, so decided to just keep the other blog to myself for now and if you stumble across my new blog by accident you are welcome to read it!

Also, I think I'll leave the beauty stuff for the pro's. Since I'm actually not too keen on taking videos all the time, since they take up so much time and always have to be filmed during the time of the day there's enough light. And I personally hate making tutorials with pictures, so I'm not going to start doing it myself. I do enjoy posting about my daily life, and will be posting some of it there and some of it here, so I won't be posting the same things on both blogs.
